2009 – 2011 My first significant project was my diploma work โSelf-Diagnostic Software,โ which secured European funding for Apex Pleven. For two years, I led the project, overseeing test development, design, and programming.
2010 – 2016 I gained recognition after winning awards for major design and innovation contests, organized by: E-on, Coca-Cola, Alfi, Wired, Adidas, Cisco, Diebold, and others. Licensed and sold concepts to Festool, Alfi, and E-on. A notable achievement was an invitation with fixed compensation to participate in a Henkel competition, which included the top 10 designers in the specific field.
2016 I started working with Recognified GMBH (acquired by Seedtag), where I created various innovative banner formats and novelties. My designs and developments attracted significant clients from the German market, leading to the establishment of Studio Makhina.
2017 – 2020 we executed 1500+ advertising campaigns for leading companies in the German market through our partner, Recognified. Our services included design, scripts, animation, and programming. The opportunity to collaborate with top agencies and our exceptionally better banners gives us confidence that we are among the best.

Prices
Our prices depend on the specialists we engage and the level of quality we aim for. The time, attention, and motivation dedicated to a project directly impact its quality. We primarily work with contracts covering a package of services, and our prices are within the range of (excluding VAT):

To the final price, we add the time associated with discussions, meetings, your training, problem-solving, etc. We work preferentially for startups and projects related to innovation development.
Assignment
The quality of our work depends on the task at hand. It’s important for us to gather as much information as possible before we begin our work:

- Estimated budget (models, images, videos, professionals, IT specialists, etc.)
Service policy (date 1.09.2023)
1. We only execute projects that are meant to be the best in the field. No matter how much we respect our clients’ budgets and possibilities, projects that would make us ashamed to include in our portfolio are not of interest to us.
2. Advance payment: 30-50%. No advance payment for small or test projects.
3. The offered price do not includes extra time spent on discussions, meetings, training, problem-solving, and more. Depending on the client and the project, we charge an additional fee ranging from 1-12 hours x 30 โฌ per hour.
At the end of the project, we provide a report on the time spent on additional activities, which we add to the price only if the client agrees.
4. Payment: via bank transfer before we provide the final files. We commit to sending the projects within a few hours after payment. In case final corrections are needed, we complete them within one day, except in cases that require more technical time.
5. Preferential terms if the client agrees to include our logo on labels, websites, videos, etc.
6. Professionalism: We only commit to projects where we will work with, or can afford to include, high-level professionals, models, specialists, necessary equipment, etc.
7. We do NOT take responsibility for errors in the files approved for printing. Before printing or launching an ad, we recommend checking for missing text elements, colors, symbols, content, quantity, names, barcodes, and more. Check “letter by letter” for spelling and punctuation errors. Consult with specialists.
8. Corrections of our mistakes are not charged.
9. Number of corrections: Our standard offers include three design corrections. The client needs to consider the project, their desires, and goals, and align with them. In case they cannot or the project requires more corrections, we add 25 โฌ – 45 โฌ per hour, depending on the hourly rates mentioned.
10. Additional corrections outside the agreed conditions are charged at 25% above the agreed hourly rate. The reason for this is the disruption of our schedule and work processes, as well as the time lost in external and internal correspondence. The client is obligated to review, check, and provide the information they share. We do not tolerate irresponsible behavior towards our joint work. Clarify dimensions, materials, and printing. Seek the necessary advice on requirements, laws, and norms before we execute the project or in the early stages of design development. Specify the requirements of distributors, online stores, suppliers, etc., in advance.
11. Correction at the final stage or after the project is completed takes more time, as it may require reprocessing of images, preparation of files for printing, etc. (depending on the project).
12. End of the project: when we provide final files approved by the client. With this, our commitment to the project ends. All corrections and the provision of new files are considered as a new project.
13. Working files: for a fee, we prepare working files in which we hide our developments, effects, codes, etc. We do not provide working files related to animations and videos.
14. Collaborative Innovations: by accepting our offer, our clients commit to placing our “innovation by makhina.studio” mark in at least one of the following places: product label/packaging, website, video presentation of the product.
15. Confidentiality: it has its price, as we exclude projects from our portfolio, presentations, and publications. To fully comply with the confidentiality requirements, we negotiate additional payment and conclude a “confidentiality agreement,” under which we may commit to:
– relinquish all rights to the client
– not include the project in our portfolio
– not present the project, information about it, images, correspondence, provided files, or technical information to third parties
– use specialists who will work locally and will not have access to the files
– not send files online, except to the client’s specified email address
– store files only on offline devices
– work only on computers in a secure network or offline
16. Recommendations: We care for clients who care about our success, development, advertising, equipment, quality working environment, etc. To our partners who help with our development, we offer better prices, promotional projects, better quality, and faster execution.
17. We have a policy to terminate work with clients who do not care about our development as much as we care about theirs. The absence of recommendations from a specific client (with a selfish origin) stands out against our standards.
18. We reserve the right to refuse specific ideas from our clients, regardless of the contract. The reputation we have does not allow us to do things that would harm our image and professionalism. So far, we have always reached an understanding, but in case such a situation arises, we hope our clients will accept it as an opportunity to find a better solution.
